In Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park, recreational

There are also how to pamphlets available at the visitor center.

from the gold panning area, features gold pan rentals.
Bekeart’s also provides hands on gold panning instructions
and sell bags of pay dirt for panning using the water flume
at their store.

There are no campsites in the park, however, the nearby Coloma
and Lotus communities include a number of private campgrounds and stores.
